rude staff noisy window

i found an insect in the bathroom, which wasn't great. also the window didn't close completely, so it was noisy. no refund was offered for the remaining nights after i checked out early. the front desk staff seemed rude for a supposedly 5-star place.

A Decent Stay Near the Airport

The room was quite nice , and it was clean. The bed was comfortable , which is always a plus.

The staff seemed overwhelmed with customers , and check-in took a long time. I did not receive much information about the hotel at check in , so I missed out on using the spa.

A Nice Stay, Excellence and Comfort

attentive service complimentary upgrade friendly staff

Sheraz offered kind, attentive service throughout my stay. Management upgraded my room complimentary. The new hotel featured helpful, friendly staff. I found the hotel very nice and comfortable.

I celebrated my birthday at Grand Gourmet. The cuisine impressed me and was exquisite. The staff offered attentive, friendly service I felt grateful for. Sharook, Lalit, Sunita, and Ibrahim ensured that the meal was nice.

slow check-in high noise

the check-in process felt slow i waited a while before getting helped. also, the noise levels were quite high at night it seemed to come from a nearby club. even on a higher floor the music was audible it made it hard to sleep

amazing upgrade. definitely worth it!

royal room warm welcome

I was welcomed so warmly. the staff upgraded us to the largest room, it was royal. the hotel is close to the main road. it has everything you need nearby. i highly recommend this hotel. A friend has already booked her stay today.

This was very convenient. the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area features twenty loungers. I saw a shaded section there. misplace punctuation, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
